Holiday Day Challenge 2020

We are excited to kick off a challenge with you! Check out the video for an intro to the challenge:


If you watched the video, you could skip this paragraph. Otherwise, here's the gist: We are kicking off a holiday challenge - Thanksgiving Day to New Year's Day. Classes will be live every morning via Zoom and will be either yoga or HIIT or even a mix of the two. If you miss a live class, not to worry. It will be posted in our on-demand library afterward.

While this is a challenge for each participant, no one is in this alone! Through the live classes and a private Facebook group, we will support you and each other. Let's do this together!

You can sign up by simply joining our on-demand streaming library. There's a 7 day free trial, and after that it's only $9.99/month. You can cancel anytime you like.

Ok, so you made up your mind and you're in. Awesome! Here are some more of the details.

Each class will be 45-60 minutes long.

There's a full schedule of the live start times just below.

Do I have to sign up for the live classes? No! If you are already signed up for the on-demand library, you are automatically in the challenge! You will receive the link for the next day's live class via email around 8pm the night before. That means that if you subscribe to the on-demand library after 8pm, you may not receive the email for the next day. Sorry! Missed or can't make the live class? No worries! A recorded version of that class will be added to the library soon after class ends.

If I attend the live class, will I be in the recorded version? NO, unless you are unmuted and speak during class, but we will do our best to keep that from happening.

What if I can't start on Thanksgiving? Start whenever you can and go as long as you can. This challenge is 37 classes over 37 days. You could always make this a 30 day challenge by choosing when to start and following along. The point is that you get outside your comfort zone a little bit and challenge yourself. Just remember to have fun and do your best!

What you need handy if you are joining (optional items in italics):

  • Yoga mat and/or towel
  • Bottle of water
  • Resistance band
  • Dumb bells (or water bottles, anything to hold for added weight)
  • A sturdy chair
  • Your favorite tunes - We will post some Spotify playlists that you could use, though you would need Spotify.
