Bikram Yoga is an amazing ninety minute class scientifically designed to work every muscle, bone, joint, ligament, tendon, gland, and organ in the body. Twenty-six postures and two breathing exercises are performed in the same order each class, regardless of who is teaching, ensuring that you receive a total body workout. While improving strength, balance, and flexibility, you will re-shape and heal your body, and relieve stress and tension.

Persons of all fitness levels will benefit from doing this yoga: professional athletes and people who are working out for the first time have both enjoyed the many benefits of a Bikram Yoga practice.
