There have been a lot of questions lately about a documentary on Netflix covering Bikram Choudhury. We feel it's important for you to know that none of your financial support of this studio has ever gone to Bikram or his entities. We are not a franchise. This studio has been a family owned business dedicated to bringing you high quality yoga and fitness classes for almost 11 years. With your support we hope to continue doing so for many more years to come.

5 for 5 Challenge

Make some time for yourself during the holidays. Join the challenge to do 5 classes per week for 5 weeks, from Thanksgiving to January 1. We have personal charts that you can hang in the lobby (or take with you) to mark your progress.

Planksgiving Challenge and Photo Class

Our 3rd Annual Planksgiving Challenge is on
Sunday Dec 8 @ 1:15pm (immediately following the Inferno Pilates class). We will each challenge ourselves to hold a forearm plank as long as we can!

Immediately after that, around 1:45pm, we will have a special 1 hour photo class. We will do a hybrid class mixing Yoga and Inferno Pilates poses and moves together over the hour. The class will be photographed, so only come if you are ok photos! Anyone who does attend will get either a free class to use in the future or a studio credit.
